Tool Description:

Any Intel Flash memory component is easy to tape with V-TEK's TM-300. The TM-300 is designed for precise control of taping parameters. The TM-300's stepper motor drive minimizes part jumping.
Flexible, easy-to-use software and advanced electronic characteristics make the TM-300 a perfect choice for integration into manufacturing processes with existing pick and place capabilities.
In addition to its electronics flexibility, the TM-300 offers V-TEK's easy setup and changeover design, allowing any taping operator to changeout carrier and cover tapes in minutes.

Manual taping of carrier tape from 8-56mm

Sealing of heat seal and pressure-sensitive covertape

Fixed seal assemblies for optimum seal integrity and easy changeover

Prepositioned track detents for quick adjustment between tape widths

Adjustable speed for maximum throughput

Independent controls for pressure and temperature of each sealer

Can be used as a standalone unit or integrated with other processes
